In which cases can the patient fee be refunded?

If you have paid a patient fee for a meeting that could not be completed due to technical issues and therefore not registered, please contact the support by phone and we will help to reschedule the meeting or do a refund.

If your doctor believes that you cannot get help through a digital healthcare meeting and refers you directly to your healthcare center, your patient fee will be refunded automatically. The refund may take up to 3 days.
