In which cases can the patient fee be refunded?

If you have paid a patient fee for a meeting that could not be completed due to technical malfunction and therefore not registered, please contact the support by phone and we can help by reschedule the meeting or do a refund.

If your doctor believes that you can not get help through a digital healthcare meeting and refer you directly to your healthcare center, your patient fee will be refunded automatically. Refund may take up to 3 days.
