If you can't seem to log in to your KRY app or the app doesn't seem to work as it should, there are a number of things you can try yourself.
- Verify that your operating system on your phone / tablet is supported by KRY's app, iOS (v.10 or later) or Android (v.5.0 or later).
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection. Also, if you don't use wifi, make sure you allow the KRY app to use mobile data.
- You can also try to update the KRY app in via App Store or Google Play, and restart the app.
