What do I do if I'm not happy with my prescription renewal?

We recommend you to book an appointment with one of our doctors via the KRY app for an assessment if you have further questions regarding your prescription.

If your prescription renewal request has been refused or the doctor needs additional information, the doctor will write a message to you in the inbox of the KRY-app.
