What do I do if I'm not happy with my prescription renewal?

If your prescription request has been denied, the doctor will write a message to you in the KRY app.

Upon payment, refund will be made immediately and the money will be available in your account within a few days.

We recommend that you book a doctor's appointment with our doctor via the KRY app for an assessment if you have further questions regarding your prescription.
