How do I see that I've received my prescription?

When the doctor has prescribed your prescription a messages is sent to your inbox in the KRY-app.

If you wish to make sure that the prescription has been sent, please visit and log in with your BankID. There you can see what prescriptions that are available on your personal identity number. If your want to know your child's prescription, you can login with your BankID and then enter your child's personal identity number.
