How do I see that I've received my prescription?

When the doctor has prescribed your prescription a messages is sent to your inbox in the Kry-app. You can find your own and your childrens prescriptions in you Kry-app under the Your health tab and then choose Prescriptions

The information about your medicines and prescriptions is retrieved from the digital service Läkemedelskollen. Läkemedelskollen is a service at the E-health authority. You can reach Läkemedelskollen by logging in to or to  Läkemedelskollens inloggningssida.
