You can check if your prescription is ready in the app.
- Go to the Your health tab in our app.
- Next go to Prescriptions.
- Your prescription will be here if it’s ready.
Please call support on 08-22 77 07 if you do not have your prescription. Our support is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00.
