Here you will find the answer to the most frequently asked questions that come in to KRY's support

What happens if the doctor can not give me a prescription renewal?

If your prescription renewal request has been refused or the doctor needs additional information, the doctor will write a message to your inbox in the KRY-app and you will automatically get refunded.

If a video meeting is required in order to make a prescription renewal you will get a refund for the text based prescription renewal and will be asked to book a video meeting. Please note that the fee of 250 SEK for the video meeting still applies. 

If you have paid by invoice this will be cancelled and information will be sent to Klarna about the cancellation. If you want to check that your invoice has been cancelled, please contact Klarna directly or call KRY's support on 08-22 77 07. Open weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you have paid by credit card a reservation of the fee will be made on your bank account until midnight. If your prescription renewal request has been refused, the reserved amount won't be deducted. If the amount has been deducted, the money will be deposited in to the same credit card that you paid with. Please note that it can take up to 2-5 business days before the money gets back to your account.
