Will I receive a receipt for my payment?
Yes, when the invoice for your care appointment is paid, a receipt will be sent to your inbox in the Kry app.

How much does it cost to use Kry?
The cost of the meeting depends on where you as a patient are registered, as well as whether you see a nurse, doctor, psychologist or physiotherapist.

When will I receive my invoice?
If you chose to pay your care appointment with an invoice through our partner Billogram, your invoice will be sent digitally by email and to your Kry inbox within three days after your care appointment.

Why did I receive an invoice from Billogram?
Kry uses the invoicing service Billogram. Your invoice is sent digitally through your specified email and to your Kry inbox within three days of your care appointment.

How can I pay my Billogram invoice?
You can pay your invoice from Billogram by direct transfer from your bank or as a regular invoice, with OCR number.

Will the amount I pay into Kry be registered against my free card?
Yes, the amount you pay into Kry will be registered against your free card.
If you live in Stockholm County or Gotland, you can see your payments registered against high-cost protection at 1177.se under high-cost protection. -
I’ve paid too much on an invoice. What happens now?
Sometimes, an incorrect amount may be paid. This can happen:
- when you reach your free card (frikort) limit
- when an invoice has been paid for 2 times by mistake
If this happens, please contact our support team. They will ask you for your bank account details and send you a manual refund of the amount you are owed.

What happens if I don't pay my invoice on time?
Should your invoice be paid after the due date, reminder costs will be added. Then the invoice goes on to debt collection, and then debt collection costs are also added.

I have paid but also received a debt collection claim
If the invoice is paid late and a debt collection claim is sent, you must also pay the costs incurred. If you have questions, contact our debt collection partner, which is Gothia Inkasso (through Riverty Sweden AB) Gothia Inkasso.

What should I do if my invoice is wrong?
Please contact our phone support before paying the invoice, we will help you adjust the amount or credit the invoice. Kry telephone support is open weekdays excluding weekends at 9.00-17.00 and can be reached on phone number 08-22 77 07.

Have I paid my Billogram invoice?
You can always click on the link to the invoice in your Kry Inbox to see the payment status on your invoice.

See all invoices together
To see your invoices from Kry/Billogram collected, go to your inbox in the Kry app, then select a message with the heading Invoice for your meeting, then Go to payment, then the invoice will open and click on the pointer in the upper left corner, then select Archive in the upper right the corner.

My employer requires a receipt from my meeting with Kry where the social security number is included
Your paid invoice together with your booking confirmation works as a receipt. You can easily download the invoice from the app and take a screenshot of the booking confirmation in the app. Booking confirmation and a link to your invoice can be found in your inbox in the app.
