When will I receive my invoice?
You’ll receive a digital invoice from our partner Billogram, up to 7 days after your appointment. The invoice will be sent to your email address and your Kry inbox.
We'll send you an SMS with a link to your invoice if you do not open the email within 7 days. If we cannot reach you by email or SMS, we'll post your invoice to your registered address. -
Why did I receive an invoice from Billogram?
We use Billogram to create and send invoices for our healthcare services.

How can I pay my Billogram invoice?
You can pay your Billogram invoice by:
- Swish
- direct bank transfer
- an OCR number, like a regular paper invoice.

Will the amount I pay into Kry be registered against my free card?
Yes, the amount you pay into Kry will be registered against your free card.
If you live in Stockholm County or Gotland, you can see your payments registered against high-cost protection at 1177.se under high-cost protection. -
I’ve paid too much on an invoice. What happens now?
Sometimes, an incorrect amount may be paid.
This can happen:
- when you reach your free card (frikort) limit
- when an invoice has been paid for 2 times by mistake
If this happens, please contact our support team. They will ask you for your bank account details and send you a manual refund of the amount you are owed.

What happens if I don't pay my invoice on time?
Should your invoice be paid after the due date, reminder costs will be added. Then the invoice goes on to debt collection, and then debt collection costs are also added.

Why have I received a debt collection claim?
Should your invoice not be paid after a reminder, the case will be sent to debt collection. If you have questions regarding a debt collection sent from us, contact our debt collection partner, which is Gothia Inkasso (through Riverty Sweden AB) Gothia Inkasso.

I have paid but also received a debt collection claim
If the invoice is paid late and a debt collection claim is sent, you must also pay the costs incurred. If you have questions, contact our debt collection partner, which is Gothia Inkasso (through Riverty Sweden AB) Gothia Inkasso.

What should I do if my invoice is wrong?
We're sorry there's an error on your invoice. Please call our support team on 08-22 77 07 so we can adjust the amount or issue a refund. Our support is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00.

Have I paid my Billogram invoice?
You can always click on the link to the invoice in your Kry Inbox to see the payment status on your invoice.

Where can I get help for technical problems with my Billogram invoice?
You can get technical help from the Billogram Help Center. You can also find the contact details for Billogram's support team on their website.

How much does it cost to use Kry?
The price you pay will depend on where you live in Sweden. It will also depend on if you receive care from a nurse, doctor or psychologist.

How much does it cost for children?
Until the year when you turn 18 the care is free of charge.

Do I get a receipt for my meeting?
The booking confirmation you received to your inbox is valid as a receipt, and will be sent to you when you have confirmed the meeting.

My employer requires a receipt from my meeting with Kry where the social security number is included
Your paid invoice together with your booking confirmation acts as a receipt. You can easily download the invoice from the app and you need to take a screenshot of the booking confirmation in the app.
