When do I receive my invoice?
You can pay for your appointment using invoices, via our partner Billogram. Your invoice is sent digitally via SMS and in your Kry Inbox within a week after the meeting.
Why did I receive an invoice from Billogram?
Billogram is an invoicing service that we use to create and send invoices for appointments with a patient fee:
- that remain unpaid
- that a patient chooses to pay for by invoice
The invoice is sent digitally – by SMS and to your Kry Inbox. If it’s not read within 48 hours, we send a paper invoice to your registered home address.
How can I pay my Billogram invoice?
Billogram invoices can either be paid with Swish, direct bank transfer, or using OCR numbers like on a regular paper invoice.
I’ve paid too much on an invoice. What happens now?
Sometimes, an incorrect amount may be paid.
This can happen:
- when you reach your free card (frikort) limit
- when an invoice has been paid for 2 times by mistake
If this happens, please contact our support team. They will ask you for your bank account details and send you a manual refund of the amount you are owed.
I’ve found an error on an invoice that I have not paid yet. What should I do?
Please contact our support team before paying. We will adjust the amount or credit the invoice to you.
Have I paid my Billogram invoice?
You can always click on the link to the invoice in your Kry Inbox to see the payment status on your invoice.
I’m having technical problems with the payment. What should I do?
Start by visiting the Billogram support page. There you’ll find answers to many common questions, and contact details for Billogram’s support team.
How much does it cost to use Kry?
The cost depends on where in Sweden you are living, and if the meeting is with a nurse, doctor, or psychologist.

How much does it cost for children?
Until the year when you turn 18 the care is free of charge.
Do I get a receipt for my meeting?
The booking confirmation you received to your inbox is valid as a receipt, and will be sent to you when you have confirmed the meeting.
