Book an appointment at our openclinic in the app

If you need a physical examination quickly, you can book an appointment at our openclinic in the Kry app. We offer same day walk-in appointments at all our healthcare centres throughout Sweden.

New appointment slots are released on weekdays at 7:00 a.m.

Call the healthcare centre to book an appointment

If you do not want to visit our openclinic, you can call the healthcare centre to book a regular doctor’s appointment. You should also call if you have an ongoing treatment or assessment that requires you to see a specific healthcare professional, for example:

• Annual check-ups
• Sick leave-related matters
• Follow-up appointments
• Prescription renewals for addictive or controlled medications

Log in to the app using BankID and select “Start booking”. Tell us what you need healthcare for, then choose a time that suits you and confirm your booking. .

Keep in mind that you can only use your own mobile BankID or BankID in order to use the app for yourself or your child who doesn't have a BankID. It is not possible to book a meeting for someone else since Kry requires that every patient can identify themselves through BankID. 

To book a healthcare appointment for your child, who is between 0 and 17 years old, log in to the Kry app using your own Mobile BankID.

From the home screen, select the type of healthcare appointment you would like to book. You will then be asked, “Who needs care?” If your child does not appear, select “Add child”.

To book a healthcare appointment for a child, you must be the child’s legal guardian.

The child the appointment is booked for must be present during the consultation, just as they would be during an in-person visit at a healthcare centre.

Children aged 16 and over can download the Kry app themselves and book a digital healthcare appointment. They will need to verify their identity using their own Mobile BankID.

In the Kry app, you can easily book a follow-up appointment with the doctor, nurse, physiotherapist or psychologist you previously met.

To book a follow-up appointment:

1. Open the Kry app and go to “Your health”.
2. Select “Events”.
3. Click on your previous healthcare appointment.
4. Select “Book a follow-up appointment”.

When you are not in the same time zone as Sweden and you make an appointment with Kry, we display the appointment times in the current time zone you are in.
